You have questions. We have answers.

1. What is the cost to rent a disposal bin? How long can we keep it?

Prices for bin rental, disposal rates and time included vary by region. Please see our rates page or contact our office to discuss.

2. How soon can we get a bin delivered?

Delivery turn around time varies from possible same day deliveries to 1 or 2 days notice being required. It is best to plan your disposal bins needs a few days in advance so we can best meet your timing requirements.

3. What if I need more time than the days originally scheduled?

Each additional day over the included rental period is applicable to daily charges. * We realize that some clients will need longer than the 5-7 day rental period.  Therefore we ask that all clients contact our office to arrange an extension of rental time. The bin will not be picked up automatically.

4. If I fill up my bin and require another, what is the cost?

Same rates and charges apply for additional bins.  The driver will either bring an empty bin and exchange it or dump and return the existing bin.

5. What time will the driver drop my bin off?

Unfortunately we are not able to give a specific time. Traffic, weather conditions, and bin availability all play a role in delivery time. Deliveries are generally made between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

6. What time will the driver pick up my bin?

Unfortunately we are not able to give a specific time. Traffic and weather conditions play a role in pick up time. Pick ups are generally made between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
* Please ensure the bin is not blocked on the scheduled pick up date.
* Please ensure bin doors are closed and properly latched.

7. I am worried my neighbors will use my bin. Do you supply lids?

Our disposal bins do not have lids. If you are concerned about this you can purchase an inexpensive tarp at Home Depot to cover the bin.

8. What is clean fill?

Clean Fill Bins must consist of one of the below items only:

  • Soil and/or Sod Only
  • Concrete/Block/Interlock Only
  • Asphalt Only
  • Clay Bricks and/or Clay Pipe Only

9. What materials can not be disposed of?

Refrigerators, air conditioners, and freezers due to the refrigerants such as Freon are acceptable - please call our office for details. Items such as tires, batteries, chemicals, railroad ties, along with any other form of hazardous waste can not be placed in disposal bins. Propane cylinders are not accepted in disposal bins.
*Note - It is illegal to place any form of hazardous waste in a disposal bin. Please inquire at time of booking if you are unsure of acceptability of material you are disposing or visit Accepted Product Guidlines

10. Will the bin fit in my driveway?

Yes. Our yard bins will fit in a single car driveway. We will discuss this in detail with you.

11. I have no driveway, are you able to put the bin on the street?

You may require a permit. Please inquire as to your local regulations.

12. Can you put the bin on my lawn?

You may require a permit. Please inquire as to your local regulations.

13. How can I pay for the service?

For all rubbish removal services and bin rentals, the preferred method of payment is a major credit card provided at time of booking with pre-authorized credit card for disposal bin deposit.

14. Can I pay with cash?

You can, however we will need a full cash deposit at time og booking or whe the bin is dropped off. Once the bin is picked up and dumped we will reconcile and determine the total bill. If the total cost of the bin use and disposal fees are less than the deposit a refund will be issued within 7-14 days of the pickup.

15. How high can the bin be filled?

The bins cannot be filled past the top rim.  We need to be able to tarp the bin, for safe transport to the transfer station. If bin items are not properly disclosed, any and all regulatory fees and fines are the responsibility of the customer.

16. How is my driveway protected?

Our drivers place wood boards under the rails of the bin to protect the driveway from scratches.  However, we do not guarantee that this will protect the driveway from sinking.  If you are concerned with sinking, we suggest you have sheets of plywood available on the day of the delivery for the driver to put the bin on, this will help displace the weight of the bin.  This should be discussed with our office when ordering the bin..
